Oracle recognizes the outstanding competence and experience of  INTECO by granting exclusive authorization as Oracle support provider within German speaking Europe.
Competent support separates the wheat from the chaff  – support must be available, when quick and competent help is required in unexpected situations. Support means access to an experienced and talented team, familiar with the systems for years and knowing „where the shoe pinches“.
INTECO provides all support services for Oracle|Primavera and operates as part of the global Oracle support organization, which in return supports INTECO on issues, only the software manufacturer can solve.
INTECO support services – in English and German – are available to all companies with a valid INTECO maintenance agreement.
For companies, purchasing Primavera products from INTECO, this support is included in the maintenance price.
