INTECO-Seminar for Claim Management "Cooperation instead of Claims"
Legal and methodological principles, related to practical cases
INTECO GmbH, specialist in project mangement for over 20 years, is offering a two-day intensive seminar covering this topic on October 1st and 2nd at their head office in Landshut.
The basic idea of the event is an optimized interaction between owner and contractor, in order to counteract the tendency of including claims as an inherent part of construction projects.
The seminar is held by Prof. Dipl. Ing. Erich Everts of the FH Oldenburg, leading authority of Claim Management in Germany and a longtime expert in the fields of Claim Management and interfered construction processes. Main focus are the following topics:
- Legal and methodological principles
- Elements of interfered construction processes
- The relevance of substantiated target-0-schedules
- Management of the effects of time-based and financial interferences
All topics are based on practical case studies of construction processes and simulated in various scenarios.
