Integrated processes and integrated data increase your efficiency
Consistent processes and access to a data pool in real time are two important requirements for more efficiency and data accuracy in project management environments. The following tools are focused around these requirements and appreciated by our customers, who are successfully using the following INTECO solutions:
iPARPlan Portal - Project Partner Portal: efficient schedule management of cross-organization projects including early warning system
- Web-based component for Primavera P6
- Lean schedule management system for cross-organization and/or cross-site planning environments.
- Coordinators of the suppliers enter their dates via web browser, which will be monitored for possible conflicts with schedules in the network plan of the planning system.
- The comprehensive schedules of the coordinators are being monitored and resynchronized from a central location into the planning system
- The central schedule will be based on the latest information currently available. The planner of the overall project is able to deliver valid schedule statements at any time.
ERP Integration: up to 20% efficiency increase for your project management
- Component for Primavera P6 or Primavera P3
- Linking planning and ERP information streamlines your project management
- Benchmarks prove, that professional planning systems in combination with ERP systems increase the efficiency in project management of up to 20%
- Some integration examples of SAP und Primavera:
- Automated import of Primavera projects into SAP
- Lock resource data in Primavera based on assigned cost centers in SAP
- Import personnel data from other systems
- Transfer cumulated planning data from Primavera to SAP on a monthly basis
- Create a role structure in Primavera based on SAP cost centers
- Transfer Primavera project information to SAP including automated quality check of Primavera projects and notification by e-mail, if certain conditions are found in Primavera project data
RFId - Radio Frequency Identification: paperless, automated reporting of activities via RFId
- Component for Primavera P6 or Primavera P3
- Efficient, paperless reporting of large data quantities
- Plant components, which are to be revised, are tagged with RFID-tags for unique identification
- Activities in the network plan include information, to which plant components they refer to
- During the reporting process, the reporter activates the RFID-tag via handset, which results in sending the unique ID of the component to the handset
- After recording, the handset transmits the data into the planning system
ERP Integration M&T: enhances planning and controlling efficiency in maintenance and turnaround projects
- Component for Primavera P6 or Primavera P3
- Enhances the planning efficiency in revision- and turnaround projects
- Controlled integration of key contractors into the planning environment of the plant operator
- Bi-directional data transfer of work order data in the ERP-system and network plans in the planning system incl. QM-reporting and payment activation
- Creation of a knowledge-database based on successful maintenance and turn-around projects for future use
Barcode interface: quick and accurate status information of activities - progress recording
- Component for Primavera P6 or Primavera P3
- Efficient reporting of large data quantities
- The barcode interface allows efficient reporting of large data quantities (approx. 1000 activities per hour) via barcode reader into the planning system
- The planning system generates a barcode report, containing all activities, which are to be statused.
- After identification of the actual processed activities in the list, the reporting data is transmitted into the planning system via barcode reader.
Barcode report: timely processing of progress information by reporting via barcode and intelligent post processing
- Component for Primavera P6
- Select your activities of choice by codes and print a report in barcode-format
- Plausibility check of network logic, which predecessor activities have not finished, based on the activities reported
- The findings are collected in a "out of sequence report" and can be reported as completed in the application via barcode reader after examination
