iEPM®: Systematic Project Management – for sure
Management of project plans for large and long-term projects or for entire multi-project environments, including a vast amount of data in respect to schedules, resources and cost, requires a structured approach to keep the „insight“. The objective is, to provide all project members with up-to-date information in the required, detailed and/or aggregated form – starting with suppliers to schedulers and resource planners, up to controllers, project managers or decision makers.
